There is limited space available for classes at the Trinity Home’sCool Depot. This application is not confirmation of your acceptance to the tutorial classes. Upon acceptance, the Director will call you for a registration appointment to discuss enrollment in classes, class schedules, parent responsibilities, and student responsibilities. Parents will sign a Parent Responsibilities, Policies, Fees, and Registration Form. Please watch the web-site for updates on class schedules, etc.
AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION BY HOME’SCOOL DEPOT
Parent will agree to pay registration fees upon acceptance to classes at Trinity Home’sCool Depot. These registration fees will be non-refundable. Parent will sign a Registration and Fee Agreement as to policies and tuition payments. Tuition is paid in the Fall Semester, 2010, in full or in 4 payments as stated in the Registration and Fee Agreement.
