Trinity Home’sCool Depot New Student Application PROCESS for Tutorial Classes: 2010-2011 Application and $25.00 Application Fee are Required for New Students. The Application holds your spot for next Year and allows Director to know how many students are interested in the tutorial classes, because space is limited. After receiving your 2009-2010 Application and Application Fee, the Director will then set an appointment to meet with you. Upon acceptance by the Director, you will then need to sign a Parent Responsibilities, Policies, Fees, and Registration Agreement. Application Fee will apply towards Registration Fees at that time. Application Fee will ONLY be refunded because of non acceptance by Director. First Monthly Tuition Payment is Due August 12th, 2010. NOTE: Application does not Guarantee Acceptance.

Trinity Home’sCool Depot Previous Student Application PROCESS for Tutorial Classes: 2010-2011 Application and $25.00 Process Fee are Required for Previous Students. The Application holds your spot for next Year. Process Fee will apply towards actual Registration and/or Tuition according to number of classes being taken. Upon acceptance by the Director, you will then need to sign a Parent Responsibilities, Policies, Fees, and Registration Agreement. Application Fee will apply towards Registration Fees at that time. First Monthly Tuition Payment is Due August 12th, 2010. Note: Application does not Guarantee Acceptance.

**All High School Classes will meet accreditation credentials for an accredited program. The Classes are not accredited. Schools are. Trinity Home'sCool Depot High School tutorial classes can be accredited by enrollment of complete home study program with Trinity Center for Independent Study for ONE full year. There is a separate Registration, Initial Consultation, and Fee for Accreditation by Trinity Center.

FOR ACCREDITATION AND OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF tutorial classes and/or independent home study and/or virtual online classes being taught: TRINITY CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT STUDY is private school for independent study acting as an accrediting educational agency for non-traditional education for 8th-12th Grade fully accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission. As an accrediting agency, the Center will provide curricular assistance, academic advisement and planning, exam proctoring, progress reports, an accredited transcript, and Diploma. A transcript from this accredited center is recognized by the University System of Georgia, and by the Georgia Technical Colleges. Graduates of the accredited center are eligible for the HOPE scholarship immediately. Initial Consultation Appointments are now being taken for the FALL 2009-2010 school year. The Director will then make contact to set appointment for initial consultation.

For Previous Students, please request Previous Student Registration Form and Agreement and submit with accreditation fee of $350.00 for 2009-2010 School Year.

NOTE: Transcripts cannot be produced until completion of ONE Full year of complete home study program enrollment with Trinity Center. Trinity Center CANNOT accept students entering 12th grade with official high school transcript.
