Class Description:  Math 1 Maximum for students that do not really struggle with Math.  Miss Joyce, who has taught this class since 2005, will teach each concept thoroughly in class and the student will practice these concepts on days they are not attending class.  If the student does struggle, CD's for home help are available to check out from our resource center.  We have used this curriculum for the past three years and have had great success with it in our small classroom setting.

The Teaching Textbook Algebra 1 curriculum was written by two Harvard-associated brothers specifically for homeschooled students; Extraordinarily clear illustrations, examples and graphs have a non-threatening, hand-drawn look, and engaging real life questions make learning algebra practical and applicable.
